Subconjunctival Hemorrhage
- Can occur with Valsalva associated with severe cough, vomiting,
sneezing, straining
- Focal hemorrhage, usually unilateral
- Nontender, no discharge
- No treatment necessary – REASSURANCE!
- Consider bleeding work-up if recurrent without etiology
