Preemies: correcting for weight, height, head circ

Plot on chart, but then correct for gestational age. Do this until:

• 18 mos for head circ (1.5 years)
• 24 mos for weight ( 2 years)
• 40 mos for length (3 1/3 years)

No real definite answer, but, at least, consensus says no correction necessary after age 2 years
