Dextromethorphan is an opioid derivative that is anti-tussive, but not analgesic nor addictive. So it is often used in cough/cold medications.
Clonidine is an alpha-2 agonist that interacts with CNS opiate receptors, so if you OD, it causes coma/miosis.
