• Incidence 1/250 males

• Define based on location and presence/absence of chordee; #1 subcoronal
  Distal lesions more common and usually require only cosmetic repair

• Proximal lesions assoc with GU anomalies and need to do RUS

• *Circumcision contraindicated* because foreskin used to repair hypospadia
