Foreign Body, eye
- Can be conjunctival (palpebral or scleral) or corneal
- May be too young to express “foreign body” sensation
- Must be ruled-out in patients with unilateral conjunctivitis prior to
treatment
- After removal do Fluoroscein test to evaluate for
Corneal Abrasion
Presentation:
- Unilateral conjunctival erythema with tearing +/- discharge
- Frequent rubbing and blinking
