  1. Newborns: most newborns are flatfooted due to a plantar fat pad, disappears in 1st year of life.
  2. Pes planus
  3. Calcaneal valgus foot
  4. Congenital vertical talus (rocker bottom foot)
  5. Peroneal spastic foot
  6. Tarsal coalition
