Antithrombin III Deficiency
- AT III normally neutralizes Thrombin, Factor 9, and Factor 10
- Deficiency seen in patients with Nephrotic syndrome, as it’s lost in the
urine
- Also there is an inheritable form; homozygote state not compatible with
life
