Growth: Head circ 4-6 years: 1 cm/year. From age 4 to puberty, if growth is < 4.5 cm/year, that's abnormal. In childhood, grow 6.25 cm/yr (2.5 inches). Average height: 2-12 years:  6 x age + 77  (2.5 x age + 30). Teeth: First molars will erupt age 6.
PE: Stills murmur 3-6 y/o, but occasionally in infancy. Venous hum 3-6 yo.  At 2.5 years of age to age 5, children are usually knock kneed. Internal tibial torsion is non-pathologic in kids under 5. Hypermobility syndromes...  under 5 years of age it is often normal to be hypermobile.
